Our Sports Conditioning Area


Whether you are at the beginning of your fitness journey, a youth athlete, or a professional athlete, our team of elite fitness and athletic trainers will design a program that will not only meet, but EXCEED your health and fitness goals!

Athletic Conditioning Camp:

Sport specific dry land strength and conditioning camps for adults and youth that substantially improve the physical, mental and aerobic capacities of the team and athlete. Maximizing their overall performance.  The following instructions will be incorporated into our camp:

  • Strength and resistance training
  • S/A/Q Speed, Agility and Quickness development
  • Functional core development
  • Metabolic Enhancement Training
  • Flexibility
  • Fitness Testing
  • Athletic mental development
  • Sports Nutrition
  • Exercise physiology

Price dependant on duration and content. Longer camps are available upon request. We will travel to your facility or location.

Initial Consultation:

A one hour session to evaluate and assess the client and create a personalized fitness plan that will address the clients special needs and goals.

$60.00 Investment FREE Investment with Personal Training Packages.

Personal Training:

A fun, high intensity one on one fitness training to suit your needs and goals.  From beginners level to elite athlete requirements.

Body Fat Composition Analysis:

Determine body fat and content, weight, body measurements, before, during and after photos for visual progress.

Group Training:

Same benefits as one on one training but in a group setting.  Available to come to your work place.

High Performance:

Advanced High Performance Specific Athletic Training for adults and youth that substantially improves the physical, mental & aerobic capacities of an athlete, maximizing their overall performance.

Each custom designed program will include:

  • Strength and resistance training
  • Flexibility and stretching
  • Functional core development
  • Athletic mental development
  • Sports nutrition
  • Exercise science
  • Fitness testing
  • Body composition analysis

Elite Team Athletic Training:

Same program contents as the High Performance Personal Athletic Training above, with the program specifically designed around each individual teams needs and goals.

Brad and Heather Lausen are proud to offer their services through Force Fitness.  BHL Fitness has over 20 years combined experience in nutrition and physical conditioning.  As National level bodybuilders, they are committed to a sport that revolves around a healthy, active lifestyle.  Brad and Heather are both from the Olds/Didsbury area and are now dedicating their time into helping others reach their personal goals.
