Sports Conditioning

We offer Sports Conditioning programs for individuals and teams that will have you performing at the peak of your game!

Athletic Conditioning Camp:

Sport specific dry land strength and conditioning camps for adults and youth that substantially improve the physical, mental and aerobic capacities of the team and athlete. Maximizing their overall performance.  The following instructions will be incorporated into our camp:

  • Strength and resistance training
  • S/A/Q (Speed, Agility and Quickness development)
  • Functional core development
  • Stretching and flexibility
  • Athletic mental development
  • Sports Nutrition

Training Camp

Group Training:

Same benefits as one on one training but in a group setting.  Available to come to your work place.

High Performance:

Advanced High Performance Specific Athletic Training for adults and youth that substantially improves the physical, mental & aerobic capacities of an athlete, maximizing their overall performance.

Each custom designed program will include:

Strength and resistance training
Flexibility and stretching
Functional core development
Athletic mental development
Sports nutrition
Exercise science
Fitness testing
Body composition analysis

Elite Team Athletic Training:

Same program contents as the High Performance Personal Athletic Training above, with the program specifically designed around each individual teams needs and goals
